Arkansas Tournament Fishing
caught up with the Lake Barnett
Bass Club on the Arkansas
River. It was raining and cold
but at 5:30 am they where all
ready to fish. I guess Arkansas
anglers will fish rain or shine!
While waiting for the Central
Arkansas Bass N’ Gals weigh
in at their club tournament
we ran across Greg Willingham's
Guide Service hauling in a
group of guys from Oklohama.
These guys traveled all the way
to Hot Springs “Lake Ouachita”
to catch some Arkansas Stripers.
They said this is their 3rd or 4th
trip to the Natural State and plan
on many more returns. By the look
of their catch, Arkansas waters
proved themselves with a boat load
of giant Striped Bass and a happy
Arkansas Tournament Fishing Camera Crew travels the state in search of anglers in action. You may find us
on the lake, river, stream, or even in skinny backwaters looking for a photo opportunity. We also cover Fishing
Events, Derbies, Fund Raisers.... and if we get your picture you’ll probably end up right here. Feel free to contact
us if you have an event or even for a tournament pre fish. We just may show up. See you at the fishing hole!
We showed up at Brady Mountain
Resort & Marina on Sat. March 28
for the “Relay For Life” Tournament
which benefits the American Cancer
Society With near 20 mph winds and
4 ft swells on Lake Ouachita, we were
amazed at the turnout... The event
went off without a hitch and the crowd
grew as the weigh in began. If you
haven’t had the chance to attend one
of their “Relay For Life” Events you
are surely missing out! Free food
and great fishing.....WHAT ELSE
Arkansas Tournament Fishing showed
up at the Arkie Cup Bass Tournament.
This event was put together by the
Arkansas B.A.S.S. Federation on
Greer’s Ferry benefiting the Arkansas
Children’s Hospital. We found a crowd
of dedicated fishermen enjoying great
weather and a chance to win the cup!
The Fishing Tournament Center at
Devils Fork Park worked well for the
crowd not to mention extra launch
ramps to help with congested traffic
